About me...
After a decade in threat intelligence, cyber operations, and knowledge management for the Department of Defense, I transitioned from military service to focus on national security research and policy at Johns Hopkins SAIS as an Alperovitch PhD Fellow. My final assignment was as an Army Captain with the Cyber National Mission Force at U.S. Cyber Command.
Now, my work examines the evolution of military cyber forces, the integration of cyber capabilities within traditional defense structures, and the strategic implications of cyber conflict. Through research and policy analysis, I contribute to shaping the future of cybersecurity and national security in an era of geopolitical competition.
